Valve with main gas lock
Series 841
The valve with main gas lock is required for all burners equipped with a pilot flame.
The gas supply for the main burner is blocked as long as the pilot flame is not lit. The pilot flame is monitored by a thermocouple.
The thermoelectric flame monitoring is integrated in the valve with main gas lockout.
The valve is a combination of
- Shut-off valve
- Safety lockout for main gas
- Thermoelectric flame monitoring
A Series 821 or 823 thermocouple is required to install the valve.
